OUR VISION: We see a world of hope - where there are no limits on potential, the greatness in every child is inspired and celebrated, and dreams are realized through opportunities and education.
OUR MISSION: In partnership with our district and community. Project GRAD Knoxville supports a quality public school education for Heart of Knoxville students that equips and encourages youth to graduation from high school and to succeed in college or technical school. We accomplish this through an intentional and holistic K - 16 approach providing: academic support, social services, classroom management, college access and parental engagement.
Our focus is on sustainable, systemic change to transform inner-city public education through a feeder pattern approach.
Project GRAD Knoxville is a collaborative partnership between Knox County Schools and the private sector to help improve the academic performance and future options of 7500 kids in our Heart of Knoxville schools. Everything we do is about helping our scholars achieve from kindergarten through high school and beyond. GRAD is also about the future of our city and our region. Excellence in education, particularly for those students in our urban neighborhoods, is vital for Knoxville's economic success.
