“Project GRAD (Graduation Really Achieves Dreams) reflects and supports our belief that graduation and academic achievement must begin with the earliest educational experiences. This comprehensive academic improvement and college access program ensures that students in our fourteen Project GRAD schools are prepared to succeed in a rigorous post-secondary environment and in today’s competitive global economy.  In addition, GRAD engages our families in the education of their children in meaningful ways, and provides the tools and support our teachers and leaders need to effectively educate our students. Project GRAD is a key partnership in achieving our school district’s ambitious goal of Excellence for All Children.”

—Dr. James P. McIntyre, Jr., Superintendent

What Project GRAD students are saying…

“Well thanks to Project GRAD I came up with enough money to go back to school. I said to myself that I would not mess this up and as of today I am standing in college with a 3.0 GPA. I have finished some classes already and did great. I knew I had people standing behind me and people who invested their money in me to finish school. I am so grateful to have help and I should have my degree next year on time. I just want to tell Project GRAD thank you.”

What Project GRAD parents say..………..

PARENT TESTIMONY Kim Foust  Project Grad has been a wonderful blessing for my girls and me. Providing a college education     for  my 2 girls as a single parent would have been almost impossible without the help of Project GRAD. You see, Project GRAD is more than a program that helps our children. It’s a program that KEEPS ON GIVING! They always have events to keep the scholars, past and present, involved and I think that’s just AMAZING!!!! Project GRAD has shown my daughters how to be much more responsible ,work hard at what they want to achieve, and believe in their dreams for a better future. I am proud to say, my family is a part of this positive program Project GRAD has offered, and I encourage everyone to join in!!!
